A Note from a Denbigh House Member

    Richard D

Hello! I am Richard Dodge and I have been a member at The Denbigh House for a little over a year.

I cannot remember exactly when I came, as all of us are here as the result of a traumatic brain injury, or TBI, which greatly affects one’s memory.

The clubhouse is a refuge for us with TBI and is a place where we come to learn new skills, socialize, become reaquainted with community living and, with hard work and determination, perhaps may even be able to pursue a new position in the workforce.

The Denbigh House also offers its assistance to the community by lending a heling hand in the Meals on Wheels program. The doors of The Denbigh House are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:30pm. We make excellent lunches on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

I encourage you to stop by and visit!
